Chalk and Tar
This collection features unique photography pieces made using a technique I’ve been developing for over a year. Each piece starts with handmade, cotton-based paper that is carefully treated with emulsions and textures to enhance the character of the final look. These treatments bring depth and detail to the image while creating a tactile quality that invites closer appreciation. The process ensures that every piece is one of a kind, blending image and material into a distinctive artwork.
The artwork is available for purchase framed using Lion moulding. The size of the artwork is A3+ (32.9 x 48.3 cm), and the overall dimensions when framed are 53 x 63 cm.
The frame does not include glass, as the artwork presents best without it and is safer to ship.
